John! I think the BCSC would bring in the RCMP if they felt there was
sufficient cause and this would already be in the works. What has
been listed so far may only be considered to be minor infractions and
not theft from the company or shareholders. I suspect some of the
manipulations may have been an attempt to keep the company afloat
during a difficult cash flow period. If I am wrong then they may be able to recover cash or working capital for the company. Do you not
wonder who is paying Mr. Shah's salary today? I still have considerable holdings here and am very interested in the outcome of this effort.
