There is a lot of talk about aerosolized infection... if this was really the case, HCP would be dropping like flies already. Masks and Respirators work, if they are applied correctly.

The main issue is disinfection hand washing etc. It's very stable in the environment, so gowns, clothes, anything that may have spit, or shit needs to be washed down and disinfected.

They have all manner of things for this in the environment. Ozone, etc. This isn't simple-- and almost every person who is wearing PPE has to be trained how to use it regularly.

I don't have any comment on how well our professionals are trained here. I was watching an interview, and the regulatory on all of this varies from state to state.
