As to your earlier question I'll repeat what I've said elsewhere

I'm not going to praise Trump's handling of the situation, or the relevant thing he actually did say, but no, that didn't happen. He went through a period of saying that the Democrat's claims about his handleing of the disease were a hoax or hoaxes. Not that the disease was a hoax. He's prone to do that. Any criticism isn't just wrong to him, it a hoax or its a lie or its fake news, etc. That's not good, but its also not calling the virus a hoax.
