Brad, I said okay to the $10 bet, if YOU would deposit the funds with an escrow agent. This was neccesary since you NEVER paid any of the other bets that you lost to me. If you are so sure that the place is not going to sell for over 10, why are you unwilling to risk $100. For $100 it would be worth the bother to me to send $100 to Marion to hold( even though I have always paid my losing bets). So those are the choices, YOU give Marion $10 to hold or we bet $100 and we both give him $100 to hold. Take your pick. y
