Am thinking out lout about Team Putin/Team Chinese Hoarders hoarding all manner of good things. If I really wanted to phuck with the falcon, I might cash in a few T-bills and buy some shiny things. Makes that currency manipulation so much easier when raw materials arrived at a discount.

Due to economic collapse and the safety of lockdown being worse than the 5% mortality I expect every man for himself and self defence. Which might do a good enough job until northern summer pause. Then by early 2021 there should be vaccines and passable anti virus treatments. Lucky it's only 5% or maybe 10% mortality not the 69% mortality of H5N1. Recommendation. Pentagon is fighting the last war. Aircraft carriers and Predator drones are useless against humanized H5N1. Switch budgets to anti disease not anti human. One of my great great grandfathers due to injury in 1856 in Crimea. I nearly died when stupid Emirates pilot flew my A380 over it. I was relieved when we got past. 2 weeks later the Malaysian airliner was not so lucky. Dumb westerners have been VERY slow to figure out that masks cut a huge vector if transmission. There has been obsessive compulsive hand washing instruction and even official denigration of masks. Even this week almost nobody was wearing masks in NZ in Tauranga and few in Auckland. Mqurice
