Open issue, the extent of cases in India. Between ethnic Indians and Chinese, all trans-Pacific frequent mile club members, in Silicon Valley, am wondering why is the Valley not Wuhan-ed, or NY-ed? Three answers. One is that the numbers are still just small early on... a second is that they say they're doing a better job than others have in closing down, and they got a much earlier start... and the third is "we're not there yet, but you can see it from here" ?
