Adversarial capital not needed to take down USA companies. Qualcomm is being destroyed by North Korean-American Judge Lucy Koh using flim flam ski lift legalism, evidence barring and personal antipathy to "fast talking" etc. Self destruction is very common. USA also allows Eurostan Kleptocrats, Made in China intellectual property theft, Koreans whining about derisory royalties, India bribery and corruption, Japanese ring fencing, Taiwanese twaddle. All taking $billions in " fines" from Qualcomm. Qualcomm is nearly dead and certainly gravely wounded after decades of harassment and attack. Qualcomm management also made self inflicted wounds. Mqurice
