Conversely, if you always looked at the stock price as an indicator of clues to what is taking place behind the scenes you would have been wrong many times on this particular stock. How many times after a particularly large down day has the price reversed itself a day or two later? Quite a few times.
What I was saying is that there are frequently many things that are going on behind the scenes that are frequently NOT reflected in the share price. Buying on the offer and selling on the bid has nothing to do with the reality of the situation in terms of what may or may not be happening behind the scenes. If you think the market is efficient on small, relatively unknown, relatively closely held stocks, then we are just going to have to agree to disagree. It is my experience that the market is generally inefficient in most of these situations.
