At Friday’s close, the Contest median was down -25.34% YTD (vs. down -22.10% YTD a week ago), the Nasdaq Biotech Index (NBI) was down -10.05% YTD (vs. down -11.50% YTD a week ago), the smaller-cap S&P Biotechnology Select Industry Index (SPSIBI) was down -19.71% YTD (vs. down –18.71% YTD a week ago), while the Nasdaq Composite Index (NCI) was down -18.27% YTD (vs. down -16.83% YTD a week ago). JBOG’s portfolio, up 38.62% YTD, held on to first place with a big lead. FILO’s portfolio, up 14.90% YTD, and DOUGH’s portfolio, up 12.37% YTD, remained in second and third place. At Friday's close, just 4 of the 42 Contest portfolios were in the green, with 7 beating the NBI and 15 beating the SPSIBI.
