We need access to those quick antibody tests first and that won't be for at least 3 months. The quick active infection tests China was using have been shown to have 30% reliability - providing a huge percentage of false negatives. I don't even believe they have their pandemic under control.

Not having made the test kits available is just blindingly stupid and chief cause of all of this commotion.

People are left to make decisions with virtually no information
.

Yet at the same time a lot of young healthy people are now dying from this virus. Why? We don't know. China may have simply covered this up with their propaganda machinery. There's no point in repeating their lies.
Los Angeles is purchasing 100,000 test kits per week from South Korea for a City population of 4 million people, because our City Councilman was a friend of the manufacturer in South Korea and we can afford the $6.2 million weekly cost.

By comparison, the US government has allocated New York State, the worst pandemic area in the United States, only a cumulative 2 month total of 103,500 tests for 19.5 million people !

That's just sad, and it's why the pandemic is raging out control outside of Southern California
Los Angeles is rich and connected so we're able to make it happen. That's good. I'm glad I live here.
