It could be.. He's advising NOT to fall in love with the upside.. But he's also looking at the correlation between the Dollar and the markets, and it's a very astute one at that. I think we have more rally to come, especially as more evidence surfaces of the HCQ and Zinc COVID treatment.. Oscar is also convinced of this as well, due to the information I provided to him in his chat room. While overvalutions were certainly part of this crash (150% Total Market Cap to GDP which was higher than 2007), this is ALSO an EVENT driven crash because of the Pandemic fears. Change the social psychology of the risk of this virus, and we have the makings of a rally that will rip the faces off of anyone who is short. Hawk
