Chloroquine cost pennies. The question is whether it really works. French scientists say it does but others are skeptical favoring scientific studies under strict supervision instead. Shanghai docs saw serious side-effects in the very sick patients. Costly intravenous Remdesivir(Gilead's) seem better for the very sick...
