Maybe george and frank would give some of that 30% out of the shares they hold , keep in mind George owns 6 million himself, and could easily give up some to cover a transaction, without giving up controling intrest, This would be great help to perk up the Balance sheet , although 20 million doesnt sound bad either dave.

With the right funding the sky's are the limits, with this company.
