I missed Paul Comesky's call tonight too. I have to work in the morning so I may not get back to him till after the close but since he was calling, I would watch for new closely in the next day or so. I will try to reach him as soon as I get off tomarrow.

Finally got up with Paul Comesky, he was on his lunch break but it supposed to call me back in 30 minutes. He said he had seen the posts on this thread of your and my conversations so hopefully he will address some of the issues mentioned here. What briefly I did speak to him he said everything is going great, according to plan, and probably better and "more interesting" than from my previous meeting with him. More to follow. Note, these comments will only be my impression of what Paul tells me, everyone should always do their own DD before trading in any security.

Called Paul back as I had not heard from him, he took my call but was in a meet. He is supposed to call me back this evening. I hope he does as I will not be around tomarrow.

Well, he said he had an office full of people and was "closing a deal." What the deal was is unknown; anyway, the bottom line is I didn't hear back from him yesterday. I am working down in Santa Cruz Friday, if I don't hear back by then, it looks like it will be time to drop in on them again. PS: Even though this is frustrating, I do not believe Paul is trying to gaff us off. It is his drive and determination to get things done that really helped bring me to this company. If he is not calling me back, I truely believe that it is because he is hard at work growing our investment. He knows we have a need for info and I believe he doesn't want to jump the gun or compromise anything by any kind of leaks. Like I said, I will be down there Friday and hope to pop in on them. I won't have much time as I have a job in Oakland after I finish in Santa Cruz but it is a trip I want to make if at all possible. I get the impression from the brief moments that I did speak to him that something is real close to happening. It all sounded very positive though, very brief. Hope to have more if we can get together by phone today or Friday if I drop by.
