It's sheer perfection.<<< Shush now!!! Hush up!!! We have to slow this growth rate down a bit!!! I have met many, many people that spend their vacations here for twenty years or more.....When they retire, they move here....Those that can afford it buy a home here early on, then rent it out for years before they retire and move down permanently... On the local news last night / Coast Guard & Police were out on water, breaking up the big boat parties at Crab Island and other hot spots along NWF & LA coastlines...Some of the folks they interviewed did not seem very happy.... Most Americans can't "delay gratification" for very long...LOL!!! Party on.... I'm not very worried about the the toxic blooms here.....the last few years we have barely had anything....Fine green grass shows up after heavy rains make it down the rivers to coastal waters.... Fortunately the major red tides / fish kills have been staying well south of our area....Destin / Okaloosa Island had a small fish kill last July.... If you come down use: Red Tide Current Status Sometimes just an hour away you will find much better water conditions.... Time to get back to my paint brush.... dmv
