WRT touching the face, isn't it specifically about touching the mouth, nose or ears, i.e., the openings of the face? I mean, the cheek or chin for example are not points of entry, correct?

It seems they say don't touch the face as a way of making doubly sure the vulnerable areas remain safe. But, still, it could be confusing to many hearers if they infer the entire facial surface is vulnerable by the way the advisory is always put.
All true. Maybe they want to keep things simple - just don’t touch the face.

Looks like we are at the stage when cases will really begin to grow in numbers. There will be a lot of nervousness. Beginning to think it may be best to simply take it easy, stop going out for walks and for swims. It’s no fun anyway, people are nervous, look you over with suspicion... I keep joking about being incarcerated in a minimum security establishment... maybe it’s at a point when it would be smart to make it stricter.

My wife and I in recent weeks did something stupid - twice went shopping together. Even with gloves and masks on, it still doubles the chances of picking up the bug. From now on, if we need to get something, I go alone.
