I would think that MSFT's competitors would be aghast at these developments. MSFT now has precedence on their side. If accused of illegally "tying" MSFT merely removes the Icon. And goverment declares "victory" and the "other product is removed". I'm hearing some in the media even saying "MSFT was forced to remove Internet Explorer" dropping all reference to the ICON.
