Reread my posts. I convicted no one. You must have me confused with someone else. Here is some of what I said, but feel free to do an exhaustive search: >Part of the true greatness of our country is that we, the people, can make horrible mistakes. Democracy does not make for the most efficient government, nor for the most "image" perfect, but it is wonderful that we can both pick our leaders and destroy them. Democracy and a free press are ugly, seamy and at times repellent but I can't think of anything I would rather have to replace them. < > No one wants to rip him needlessly but if he lied under oath, and/or encouraged others to lie under oath that cannot be ignored. We are a nation of laws, and those laws should apply to all, for this to be a really great country. Of course he is innocent until proven guilty, but one has to be tried before a judgment can be rendered. <
