I am familiar with Dalton.This one will move.Are you aware that a land sale 4miles north of Tusks Strachan play in which Dalton is involved sold for $3.7million for 2.5 sections or $2,280 per acre on January 21.This is significant news.Of course as some smartass on another thread was chomping at the bit to point out those land values will fall if the Strachan well is unsucessfull.
