Tango, Kennecott Canada Explorations Inc. is, to the best of my knowledge, a wholy owned subsidiary of the Kennecott Corporation. I do not have all the details on them, but my understanding is that they are a private company, hence the minimal public information. If you search for "Kennecott" on the following Canada Newswire site you will however, be able to get some idea as to the scope of their involvement on the Canadian mining scene. keyword.newswire.ca I hope this is of some help. I was able to dig up the following on the Kennecott Corporation: Address: Kennecott Corporation 8315 W. 3595 South Magna, UT 84044 Phone: 801-252-3000 Fax: 801-252-3135 CEO: B. D. Farmer CFO: R. P. Johnson HR: D. M. Svartezina The company itself, from my understanding, originated as a copper mine and has diversified from there. They have been very active in the mining industry in Canada, as a financing partner for what they consider to be plays with serious potential. The company has been involved in base metal, precious metal, diamond and now uranium projects and are obviously hoping to be able to collect a diversified basket of production capable properties.
