It stands to reason. China is starting to restart their economy again and their workers don't want to go back to work because they're not sure the government is telling the truth (kinda like Trump and opening up by Easter). So, how do they know it's safe for a billion people to go back to work? Testing. Did you see all the testing equipment they have? In a previous post I mentioned they have thermal glasses and drones scanning for people who have fevers. They can see someone with a fever in a crowd instantly.
