Comparing the West to the East is foolish, considering the social differences. Eastern societies are far more conforming and compliant by nature. Western societies, by comparison, are willful and individualistic. This one thing assures a higher case load will arise from the aggregate of Western countries.

Anyone who ignores this is ignoring science.
