No. That is the essence of your claim. None of the countermeasures we have taken, from cancelling the biggest sporting event of the year (March Madness), shutting down Las Vegas, closing the schools, cancelling all sporting events and concerts, and closing restaurants — and none of it helped because selfish NYers refused to sit in Their 800 square foot boxes for a month or two — none of it helped.
