This is a lie and you know it.

There was a three week delay a as a result of a bug in CDC's testing system. The bug was discovered as a result of final testing in 50 outside labs, a standard procedure in the third phase of testing which allows the test to scale to handle the demands of the American population.

Nothing, whatsoever, to do with Trump.
