Not purchasing Covid/SARS tests in January, as Germany, South Korea, Australia and many other nations did has proved predictably catastrophic. It's very difficult to respond to an epidemic when the nation's dictator believes it's a hoax.

No argument from me on that..

So many governments failed on this one... Yet we already have billions fer big biz.. and Jamie Dimon is already buying back stock by the boatload..

I feel for the small biz... Of course I am one :)
