yeah i get the math, but they dont write the programs that's coders aka software engineers

Yeah, pretty much, that's exactly what they do... there's not really a bright line between math, or physics, and coding... you can't do math or physics now without having programming skills... but in the degree there is a line between them... its the strategies and not the "coding" of the strategies that is the key point of value.

But, it's really not rocket science, and not hard to find "how to" vids:

You can do it yourself...

But, somewhere between "clubbing baby seals" for profits... and dominating a trade with volumes in noise to succeed in "manipulating markets"... there's precious little effort put into considerations of "ethical" trading... that makes markets work better at a fundamental level... instead of working better as an automated cash machine awarding winning trades to the winning coders.
