If we adopt different premises, we can generate scenarios based on scripts / narratives played out to now. (1) Suppose for a moment that the ‘left” generated the hype to cause issues for Trump, then successful to cause issues, and Trump must go all-in to counter, and is (2) if OTOH the ‘right’ engendered the hype to enable unlimited war-powers / let-me-save-you protocol, then successful because folks definitely need saving (3) OTthirdHand, if the hype has anything directly to do w/ Thucydides Trap USA-China war-war-war, then successful, rapidly pushing timetable to trade war end-game by several years, stopped just about all trade because stopped almost everything else. What is next unclear because no one knows who has won the trade war. Given so, onward to tech hard-fork, financial bifurcation, and universal cleaver-ing (4) Whatever the case, all three now can be true, can be used to advantage, w/ added bonus that Europe hobbled and Japan knee-capped. Very nicely done had anyone been so clever to do it, or so stupid to try, or maybe ‘they’ failed, because they were aiming for none of the above and after something entirely different. In the meantime we best make hay whilst hay is good, else we be wasting a good old fashioned panic.
