Thanks for the great news Joe. I had been wondering if they were going to keep too many chiefs, glad to see they're not. It seems prudent to combine the two companies. IMO it will save operating money in the long run. Personal reasons probably means didn't want to take a lesser title or less money or both.

Regards,

Aleta

TokyoMex:
Soft and mushy? Not really, but probably not as mercenary as I should be. I want to see NETZ do well for my own personal financial gain. That's why I bought in. I stay in for the same reason.

We don't need to be "top heavy" and I do hope that whatever Meatchem organizes to move this company ahead succeeds, we may lose some real talent, but if it's redundant talent I wish them good luck and the same for us. Are you one of "us" again?

What do you think will be the effect on ZULU-tek of the DEC/COMPAQ deal? I'm sure you've given it serious thought and as suggested before I do appreciate your point of view.

JOE

Hey Sushi-Taco

You may interprete this as a "bail-out", but one may also interprete it as a "toss-out". It's not uncommon to see a management change after a an acquisition. This may be eliminating duplicate positions, differences in management "philosophy" or top managers "seeing the writing on the wall". I don't see anything alarming about this.

Keep on raising the false alarms, skippy. ;)
