I am not sure what the market has priced in or hasn't priced in here. Problem is the Market probably doesn't know the answer to that question either. But in bear markets surprises tend to be to the downside, just like in bull markets surprises tend to be to the upside. 13:1 declines beat advances on the NYSE. That speaks volumes. A month ago Trump was blaming the media for the panic. Now he is delivering the news and panic. What happens after 2 weeks? That's what the market is trying to figure out, but can't. Next leg lower underway? Another day like this and I would say, yes.
