I know. A reasonable expectation. But the II sentiment survey is a smoothed average. It does not change quickly. We could have a decline of another 5% bulls a week after the market starts back up. Well, maybe it has already started back up. Today's action will contribute toward next week's Wed number to reduce the bulls. If we have flat action between now and next Tuesday, the reading will probably still decline 5% (5% less bulls) next week.
