Stock Bull, first of all let me tell you that I do not own DEC. I own CPQ and Intel and just came over here to find out what you all think about this deal. I guess it took us all by surprise. I just mentioned Intel since DEC has an agreement with DEC if it goes through.

I have checked and I did not find anything diff. besides that you will get 30 dollars per share plus that 0.945 share of CPQ for each share of DEC.

I went through this last with USRX/COMS. You will get 0.945 share for your DEC no matter when the deal goes through or how much or how little CPQ is worth. The deal was worth 60 dollars when announced. It does not mean that it will be worth 60 dollars when the deal goes through. One more time: 30 dollars plus 0.945 CPQ share for each DEC share unless I overlooked something or the deal changes.
