Yes this would delay for some time the inevitable if it works. But such a movement is against nature in all its sense and would probably creat other problems.

The time has come for a new economic system. It is a nonsense to perpetuate something that has not worked since inception 50 years ago especially when technology is providing us with all means to live better for cheaper and will continue to do so at a an exponential rate.
