The put it in context with all that has been said and done in Hawaii in relation to the virus

Note the voice off screen(paraphrasing)

"Why are we just hearing about this?"I would also refer you back to our Governor firing the Lt. Governor(who he had previously appointed to be Covid Czar) for going around the State and increasing testing. In fact, he got the drive through testing going.

Not testing makes no sense.

Legault's been impressing me ... I wasn't much of a fan, but he's been doing an Andrew Cuomo lately.
