I think 3M is about to export,,, MILLIONs and roll over anybody who took advantage of a short term dip in supply. With one caveat: Masks can go out the back door, the front door, the side door,,,, any damn door. So the bigger question isn't whether or not capacity to make exists,,,, its whether or not the supply chain can stand it. Was reading an article that NY is overpaying for medical supplies because they "had" to switch suppliers..... .
