Not getting it back in the stores? I don't know anyone here that buys from the store. Funny story.... Neighbor had a cookout a few years ago and some unexpected guests showed up. They hadn't thawed enough meat to grill so they broke down and bought some from the grocery store. He ranted for an hour about how much water and junk was in it. When all my kids were here, we put a whole steer in the freezer along with a few deer. Now there's only 3 of us left and I can't eat beef or deer (tick bite MMA) so do a half and just take a deer when the Mrs starts running low on summer sausage.
