If I have a WAG, maybe only 10%,,,, because it is round number, and when inundated with keys in mailbox,,, bag holder must get creative. However, considering NPV 30% seems reasonable given 50% can't afford $500 unexpected bill and now unexpected will be piling up for next several months.
