The world would be perfect if only I were to appoint myself dictator of the world ? The problem being... anyone who believes that is disqualified to lead... but too many both believe it and succeed too much ? So, what's required to prevent that ? Avoided should be... the logical error of excess in span of control... whether individually in relation to the Peter Principle... or organizationally... where excess in aggregation involves transfers of interest in the process of aggregation, imposing winners and losers in error, all the more, the greater is the distance from the origin... as reason is divorced from decision more, the greater the distance from the impact. Smarter is better... which also means a better means of choosing matters far more than some of the other elements in form ? Ideological rigidity... fails... as will any theory in time, as learning occurs. So, there's also a need not only to enable sorting better in, but also required is enabling a sorting out of errors in selection and proven failures. There's nothing that gets closer... than a Democratic Republic... but that's just "a form"... It still requires a proper grounding in principle... and a functional means of preventing basic corruption ? If you have that part figured out... let me know ? The requirement has to be... that it adopts a means sufficient to engender general agreement... or the project fails at its inception ? What doesn't work... also has to be deliberately excluded ? "Experiments" have to be minimized and subject both to the "FDA approval process" in appropriate scale, voluntarism in participation, and the vote ? Communism... is a fraud... that always devolves back to its origins in the re-invention of monarchy... with some "super comrade" emerging to appoint himself king over the system... while using the system no differently than any monarch would to rule... always devolving further into a cult of personality... as you see in North Korea... as Xi is still attempting to impose now in China. And that always means concepts above are violated... as with the excess in aggregation to the level of one individual's choice... necessarily failing in optimizing choices that SHOULD vary from place to place ? Monarchy/communism, whether as a king, or as a committee... also fails... as it is inherently driven to err in necessarily being primarily MATERIALISTIC... in result amplifying errors absent any correction mechanism, skewing morality to absurdity... divorcing it from public interest and public policy as well as public validation... necessarily ending in error as it ends in decision aggregated in an individual. So, if I'm appointed emperor of the world... my first act would be to outlaw emperors of the world ? The decisions we make... need to be devolved to the level that matters most ? So the most important decisions need to be made by individuals. The least important decisions... only... are aggregated to the systems of aggregate decision making. If you can't win consensus, or even majority support for implementing an idea... we'll leave it to be tested with our individual choices... or by choices made at lower levels of aggregation ? That government is best which governs least... also means people will care less about centralized power... since it is mostly not powerful enough to matter in their lives? Do I care who represents me at the U.N. ? No, I don't... because, mostly, it doesn't really matter ? Do I care that the WHO makes global health a significantly greater disaster than it would be without them ? Yeah I do. We should abolish them. That they can be co-opted to work against my interest... is a reason they should not exist. Capitalism suffers the same defect as monarchy / communism... as it largely inherits that same flaw in origins as in all feudalistic systems of organization that aggregate into monarchy... as primarily putting focus on the impact of (and defense of) extant capital as the driver of all decisions. It is also inherently materialistic... and flawed in that account... also meaning that it is inherently agnostic in political partisan issues otherwise, as either or both sides are easily converted to the cause of ensuring the success of the aristocracy... "he who has the gold"... Who were Josef Stalin's bankers... and who really dictated policy ? The error that most impacts the world today... where the patent defect in logic of monarchy / communism is avoided... is in the failure to properly differentiate between systems based in materialism... and systems based in fundamental principle with focus on the more fundamental than only the material... so essentially moral... The U.S. Constitution is the most revolutionary document in human history... if seen properly in broad context of the continuity of the ideas. It is not the first in the origin of the ideas, but is the first and fullest expression of them that has been implemented and tested ? But, with 200 years plus worth of chipping away at the base, and burying the ideas under loads of crap... of being twisted by those who don't understand and don't care... or who do understand and intend to subvert because "they know better" ? The U.S. today... is imbalanced... having been pulled far away from the basic principles... making it no surprise that things function as they should when imbalance is deliberately imposed ?
