Chloroquine in the proper dosage as prescribed by a Dr. as early as possible during infection is by far the best bet. If I get sick, you can bet I will be dropping my homemade quinine preventative dose and hounding a teledoc for a prescription as quickly as possible.

That being said I am sure that those quinine sulfate tablets have just as much chance at being an effective preventative as my home brewed and it takes out the guesswork on mgs.
