Nice article in the Feb. 2 issue of Business Week on House. It says he reset the nonexecutive stock options to $19.50. Interesting.

Wayde,

Ludwick, Severino and Schmidt are all still on Bay's Board of Directors.

In case you're not aware, Ludwick and Schmidt were founders of Synoptics, Severino was founder of Wellfleet.

Wayde, they were insiders at the time of purchase and still are considered insiders by the SEC. Their filing status is R for retired if they are no longer with the company and are required to file Form 4 up to 6 months (maybe it's a year, I'm not sure of the time frame) after leaving BAY. I certainly will be looking for their Form 4's. If they sell it will likely be on the open market, so Federal Filings will be the best place to monitor.

P.S. I just read the post from Lerxst. Is the issue moot?
