IWM holds the key to the stock market. No bottom of any kind, short term, intermediate term or long term is happening without outperformance of IWM and I am seeing quite the opposite here. The recent rally was the result of a massive oversold position and the stimulus from the Fed and US Government. Bottom line: it was not enough. It is hard to figure how long markets will consolidate before the next likely leg lower.
