Dear David: I am glad you mentioned that we have ALWAYS known what the TOTAL outstanding shares could be, and that that figure has only risen by the 1,000,000 shares at 5.50 PP offering. At this point doesnt even seem like dilution. Now how they handle stock options going forward COULD be a problem BUT at this point we have NO WAY of knowing if they will abuse it. I hope they got enough negative votes plus comments at the annual shareholder meeting that they will be responsible in their meting out of the options assuming it passes. JDN
