Yes, actually I am more concerned about the near term prospects of Compaq lets say one to two years out. I am very impressed by the company and its management. Actually, I was serisously considering the purchase of some shares in CPQ until I heard about this news over their aquasition of DEC, an already troubled company. What are they going to do, "gut" it for the technology and side markets that DEC has established itself in that relates to PCs and workstations? They paid MUCH to much for this "garage sale" approach to expanding their business. Bob Graham
