PAM,

Regardless of whether or not TA can be applied to BB stocks, the momentum on DCTC has definitely changed course. We will more than likely see some backing and filling as we go (at least I hope so) but I see no major resistance until $3.25-$3.50. With DCI's MM on the bid we should stay at that level for just a few days until we encounter some additional selling around $4.50. When that is over we should see new highs. All of this is dependent on additional waves hitting the beach in addition to the 5 Joe talked about. The way Michael Z talks we should see many more releases this year. Due to the long QP's its been some time since we have had any updates on DCI UK and CyberFax. IMO all of the future M&A's will be connected to these 2 divisions. We should see plenty of good news for the rest of the year.

Best Regards

I found this info related to NASDAQ listing, assuming DCI management decides to go for NMS listing.

A stock must be trading with a mimimum bid of $5 at the time of application and for 30 consecutive days prior to that date. Subsequently, during the 6-8 week period for approval the stock must maintain this $5 level. It is not clear as to what happens if it would dip during this period, i.e. does the clock reset or must you reapply and start from scratch.

G'Night, and see you all at the morning bell.
