we don't necessarily have to relax the distancing part - but still return to semi normal work and task schedules. Once folks get used to wearing a mouth and nose covering i think most would gladly wear protection in return for the possibility of getting back to some normalcy.

Trump's got to break loose from Fauci and Birx, imo. Actually, I believe he would be better served with different people advising him. I've lost confidence in Fauci (didn't have much actually in the beginning). He's a relic of conventional, bureaucratic thinking. His bumbling of the mask wearing issue is ridiculous. Birx, too. Instead of new cases being reported, the count should, imo, be of new hospitalizations. The more we test, the more new cases will turn up. Fauci's dictum would have everything shut down for years. How can he not know that!! Also, its time for the ages and prior conditions of the dead to be reported separately. We need to see what kind of people are dying. Outside of the at risk population, Covid is probably no more dangerous to the population than the flu, and we would never ever consider shutting down the economy for the flu. But the public has to see the numbers to stop being terrorized.
