:0) mustang convertible used to be my go-to rental, until the kids came along, then must be SUVs

actually, since the arrival of the kids, a lot of the fun went out, replaced by other funs

but was able to hold out for awhile so that the coconut and the jack have memories, however vague, of the Mini Cooper open-top

car ownership started in college, starting w/ VW Scirocco '77, graduating to Mazda RX7 '82, onward to Mazda Miata, Mini Cooper, and kept two use-less cars when the coconut came along, Toyota SUV, dropped Mini Cooper, and now Audi SUV. The minute the kids are out, I hope the electric Mini Cooper makes the scene in mature format. I tend not to switch cars very often because really only drive to supermarket unless when vacationing.
