When I was diagnosed with bladder cancer at the age of 22 and the doctors said my chance of survival was less than one tenth of one percent, I did not worry one iota for my life. I lived my life as I always did and fell in love and got married less than a year later. My parents said I was being naive, stupid. But they were wrong. I was rebelling against death on behalf of my love of life. No one and no fuckin cancer was going to take away my zest for life. I prayed for a miracle and asked Adonai to intervene. I laid out a plan to Adonai for acceptance to allow me to live cancer free. I was spared. Only Adonai knows why. And it's 45 years later, cancer free.

I didn’t modify my life either. I have a gym at home, and didn’t go anywhere but church and grocery shopping. Now I just have food delivered, and church is canceled anyway. I pay a large tip to grocery delivery person. Not really living in fear, because a mathematician in me realizes the odds of dying from coronavirus are actually lower than getting struck by lightning. However, I do take precautions and necessary steps to not transmit the virus. I don’t shop myself because a mask is necessary, and I can’t get it. I ordered it on Amazon, it will arrive in May when I won’t need it. I buy for retirement account, I am not trading. So, I don’t short. As easy as that. I do expect somewhat lower prices .
