With all due respect to my short friends, the posts that have been submitted today have been something else. It makes you wonder if some of you listened to the same CC as I did...granted it was at 5:30 in the morning. 1) Last quarter was another big loss from a financial standpoint! There is no other way of looking at it...PERIOD. 2) Having said the above statement, lets look at a few other points: a) The army code was converted and tested without any problems. The code was returned to the Army awhile ago. THIS IS A FACT b) Matridigm continues to add VARs...if it is a scam, then what the **ll was used to convert the Army's code??? c) Comparing Matridigm's MAP 2000 to other automated (same class)tools..THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON .Let me paraphrase Mr. Chait...Matridigm's product returns a million lines of converted code with 0-1-2 bugs/million lines. Other similar tools have '10,000-30,000 BUGS/MILLION LINES OF CODE. WHY IS IT THAT NOBODY HAS SAID A WORD ABOUT THIS COMMENT??? d)Everyone has been discounting the news regarding the state of New York. Correct me if I am mistaken, but hasn't one of the major arguments from the shorts been that no government..Fed or State..is going to give an opportunity to a small company like Zitel a shot at a contract. Well, it would seem to me that Zitel has been given an opportunity by the second most important state in the union to compete. e) Zitel is a scam because it has yet to post any revenues from the Y2k sector. Well folks, would someone please point to the huge contracts that have been awarded so far. I'm not talking about 1.2 million dollar contracts. PLEASE DON'T TELL ME THAT MOST COMPANIES ARE DOING THE CONVERSION INTERNALLY. WE HAVE ALL SEEN THE RECENT POLLS REGARDING Y2K COMPLIANCE OR SHOULD I SAY THE LACK OF COMPLIANCE. JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE RECENT OMB REPORT THAT WAS FINISHED IN DECEMBER. 3) If any of the shorts honestly believe that any of the longs are going to be selling because of the results from last quarter...YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN. 4) On a personal note, I have learned a great deal from some of my short friends.
