Ward: I have great respect for your comments. You are the only
kind of shorter that I actually will feel bad about when you start covering. You accept the risks of shorting rather than arrogantly blow hot air that KRY is a sucker's play. You are 100% dead right this is a chessgame, a war of attrition, strategic gamesmanship, a game of chicken, last to blink, don't be caught left holding the bag. And that's what makes it so fascinating. Half the time I feel like I'm watching a soap opera rather than a stock. Will mesa marry Barnegat? Will Carson leave Caldera forever? And so spins The Days of Kry Lives. As long as you accept shorting for what it is, I have no problem. Though I disagree with the chance you are taking because I think other stocks have SOOOO much more short potential (try AMZN or AOL), I will absolutely agree that if no positive news is available this week, KRY will fall back to 3.25 to 3.5. If the promise of a ruling still holds for next week, could drop or hold steady at 4 (US dollars for all figures). So when are ya buying back in long? Hope you shift to long just before the spike up. good luck.
