You know Paul, I've got the impression in recent times that it doesn't take much for you to put forward an admonishment towards me for something that you don't always appear to be as enthusiastic about doing towards other contributors to this board.

You don't want to see a "discourse on what the fed gov should/'nt do". OK fine, despite the fact that we see no reference to that in this board's Header.
But I read no post of yours to admonish :-

Keith J (63628) for his "tax cut package" or his "Fed action". Seems to me these are "federal government" type actions ?

Nor to admonish E_K_S (63630) for his "The $2 Trin spent to fight needless wars" and "It may/could be political but w/ this pandemic, it is a wake up call for both parties". Seems to me these are "federal government" type, quasi-political type, actions and they could also be construed as what "Democrats do/didn' do" as some of that $2 Trin was spent during their tenure.

Now if Keith J or E_K_S should read this post of mine I want to make it very clear that I have absolutely no problem with the contents of their posts. In fact, in E_K_S's case I expressed my enthusiasm for what he said.

The point I'm trying to make here is your apparent enthusiasm to admonish me but the apparent reluctance to do the same to others.

I wouldn't like to think that this is something "personal" Paul, because way back on the 8th January 2006 I was the first person to publicly congratulate you on your appointment as the Moderator of this board by SI Management (See Message 22038751 ) and shortly before that I put out the following post as well ..... Message 22014070

If you are so dead against ANY reference to ANY aspect about government's actions, or ANY other related topics, why then don't you make that crystal clear in the Header to this board in the same way that you have stated your objection to ANY reference to Technical Analysis ?

After all, sometimes the analysis and determination of Value stocks can be influenced by what the government and its departments do in certain specific areas and how politicians may react to governmental proposals and bills and what they spend, or don't spend, the taxpayer's money on.
