Yes, but those decisions and actions are preordained by G-d. The big difference maker is prayer. Aristotle referred to it as the call, the passive mind which receives the form. If a miracle happens without prayer, it is because G-d sees the intensity of the prayers later in life.

Amazon has a movie free for Prime members called " the Cokeville Miracle". It is a true story about an elementary school being kidnapped by a madman with a bomb. And the bomb goes off in the room where all the children were and no one dies except the bomber and his wife. What all the children saw before the bomb went off was miraculous. And there was no scientific evidence to justify what took place.

The first two weeks of April are usually very bullish as investors are sending in $$$ to fund their retirement accounts ahead of the deadline. Last week, didn't turn out so well. Lets see what next week brings. Earnings calls should be interesting over the next month with little to no guidance and poor earnings. Lots of dividend cuts will be mentioned on those calls. There is potential for a second crash leg down in May after all the conference calls are digested.
